Cancellation / payment policies
30% of the total rental price is collected as a down payment to finalize the reservation.
• For cancellations made 10 days or more before the booking date, the deposit amount paid will be refunded.
• The deposit amount is not refundable for cancellations made less than 10 days before the reservation date.
• The remaining payment amount is collected on the day of the tour.
• In the event that the tour cannot be carried out due to adverse weather conditions, a port authority decision or security reasons, the guest is given the option of a date change or a full refund.
• Refunds are processed through the payment method within 7 business days from the date of approval.

About the marina
The departure and return point is Dalyan Marina in Çeşme. Our guests can easily reach the marina and enter their yacht comfortably before the tour.
