In the event that the tour cannot be carried out due to adverse weather conditions, a port authority decision or security reasons, the guest is given the option of a date change or a full refund.
Refunds are processed through the payment method within 7 business days from the date of approval.
The departure and return point of our yachts is the Dalyan Marina located in Çeşme. Our guests can easily reach the marina and enter their yacht comfortably before the tour.
